Pyar ka Pehla Naam: Radha Mohan is the story about Mohan and Radha, love story about how they get together after some problems. Mohan was a caring and loving person, but after the death of her wife he gets irritated easily, and becomes a different person for the world but for her daughter he is same. His daughter Gungun hates him because she thinks he is responsible for her mother death that makes Mohan sad and heartbroken. He loved her first wife Tulsi sincerely but due to some reason and misunderstanding they fight and Tulsi leaves but gets caught in fire and dies. Mohan is Radha’s love, whom she loved since child. After the death of Tulsi, Kadambri tries to marry Mohan to her niece named Damini.
But Damini is only in love with his wealth. Mohan agrees just for her mother. In between all these things Tulsi’s soul is still wandering in the house and saves her daughter from every difficult situation. Radha saves Gungun life in some difficult circumstances, so Mohan asks her to stay in the house as a guest. While staying there Radha helps Gungun and Mohan reconcile. Radha and Mohan also gets closer, so Damini tries to separate them by doing evil tactics. Damini and Kadambari learn about the wandering soul of Tulsi and tries to catch her, but are unable to succeed and their effort goes in vain. Seeing Radha getting close to Mohan and Gungun, Damini gets jealous, and accuses her of theft, and tries to get her out of house. Some Radha manages to prove her innocence and proves Damini wrong.
